DESCRIPTION:Mon Valley Academy for the Arts (MVAA), in partnership with EQT, is proud to announce the return of the EQT/MVAA Free Summer Concert Series for 2026 at the beautiful Monongahela Chess Park.\nThis free weekly concert series has become a summertime tradition in the Mon Valley, bringing together live music, local shopping, food, community gathering, and family-friendly entertainment in the heart of downtown Monongahela.\nConcerts will take place every Friday from June 5 through September 4, 2026, at Monongahela Chess Park, located at the corner of Main Street and West Main Street in Monongahela, Pennsylvania.\nEach event begins with the Farmers Market opening at 3:00 PM, featuring fresh produce, baked goods, handmade crafts, and local vendors. Live music performances will follow from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
